Working with Tom to sell our home was such a great experience for us! Right from the beginning his attention to detail was evident. Even the professional photos of our home were well thought out and not just a box to tick to get our house listed. They highlighted the best features of our house and truly made our listing stand out. Our house sold unbelievably fast, and the entire experience was seamless. Tom makes sure to keep you informed throughout the entire process and his insight in the market and guidance throughout the process made things much less stressful. To top it all off, we got results above what we were expecting on the sale of our home. I was an agent on the Iron Range for 40 years. I only had one “go to” guy in Duluth when I had clients that were buying and selling. And that guy was Tom Little.
